The Fives of the tarot of why

Five of swords

 Great.
Another stalemate.
Victory/Defeat/Repeat.
When the five arrives
Expect lies, bad guys, ex wives, complicated lives.
On the bright side:
Nobody dies.
Defeat may be as temporary as victory is hollow.
And distances are both narrow.
And Why’d.

Five of Pentacles

Oblivious? Obviously.

The price of wealth can be costly.

The weight of gain is ungainly.

The complaints are even more complain-y.

Is that a perplexing vortex

Or a persecution complex?

It's no use to damn the damage.

You're sacked behind the line of scrimmage.

It seems an even playing field

So why oh why are these feelings feel'd?

Five of Wands

That barrier area
In the middle of meddlesome.
The entrance of annoyance.
The arrival of rivals.
That Arrogant Dilettante Irritant
between what you have and what you want.
Why?

five of Cups

Five cups and a pity party of one.
No fun.
Don’t complain.
Remain in pain.
Flirt with the hurt.
Despondent, inert.
There’s a relief in grief.
The happiness thief.
Borrow some sorrow.
Loan some.
Spend some time on your lonesome.
If you feel now, you’ll heal later.
This is the view from the bottom of the crater.
Maybe you’ll find yourself on your knees
With no one to listen to your Why Me’s.
Five cups and a pity party of one.
Pretty much done.
