FOUR KNAVES

The Knave of Swords

Here’s the thing:
You’re a coiled spring.
A diligent vigil.
A vigilant guard.
Take a moment if you’ve pulled this card.
Read the air.
Hold your place.
You’re a bit of a head case.
Train your brain.
Readiness is all.
Know that when you’re needed you’ll answer the call.

The Knave of Wands

An actor, unmasked.

Up to the task.

Bravely facing the gusts of bluster.

The winds of change and all the other.  A vanguard, a messenger, a scout.  Eerily fearless, prone to pout.

A first responder no doubt.

Knave of Pentacles

Head in the clouds.
Feet on the Earth.
You monetize everything for all you’re worth.
And what you hold in your hands is not merely a mirror.
The world can be why’d
But your vision is near.
You’re a myopic youth, in truth, obsessed with wealth.
You can even be jealous of yourself!
Practical, tactical, your focus tyrannical-
Geez, dude. Take a sabbatical.

Knave of cups

The fisherman and the goldfish.

Young but feeling oldish.

Naval gazing, a sensitive Viking.  Daydreaming all night long is to his liking,

When lost in the maze of amazing it has been detected

That the prize of surprise is the unexpected.
